  Le Âme, Parisian Steakhouse  

Nestled in the soul of The Global Ambassador, where romantic charm meets culinary excellence, Le Âme is a Parisian steakhouse that pays homage to traditional French fare with the perfect steakhouse touch. The menu boasts a wide variety of classic French dishes like Steak Frites Au Poivre and French Onion Soup along with a new take on dishes like Tuna Carpaccio and Brick-Pressed Chicken Coq Au Vin. Carefully curated by the hotel’s master sommelier to complement the flavors of the dishes, the wine offering at Le Âme is true to its Parisian roots, but with reach across the globe. The cocktail program is also designed to mirror the cuisine – beautiful ingredients, perfectly executed with drinks like Le Spritz Nouveau and French for Grapefruit. Le Âme offers an exceptional experience at any time of the day, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. 

Qualifications

• 4+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxurydining environment.
• You have superb leadership abilities, business acumen,attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality.
• This is an outstanding opportunity to help launch anexciting new restaurant concept at a premier luxury property.
• An open, curious mind with a desireto deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset.
• Ability to provide leadership anddirection contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging,developing, and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams.
• Assist in developing andexecuting the overall concept, vision and direction for the restaurant,including the food and beverage program, service style and standards,entertainment options, ambiance and décor.
• Collaborate on creatingmenus, wine lists, and other offerings that align with the restaurant's upscalepositioning.
• Manage daily restaurantoperations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, operational efficiency, qualityand consistency of food and service, inventory controls and financialperformance.
• Oversee guest reservations,seating arrangements and private events/banquet functions.
• Ensure compliance with allapplicable laws and regulations.
• Foster positive relationswith restaurant members, hotel guests, vendors and staff.
