Responsibilities - Parts Manager Oversee and manage a profitable and efficient Parts Department Train and manage staff Manage retail and wholesale parts counters Keep parts department up to date on delivery schedule Maintain stock levels that enable our service department to complete repairs without delay Establish pricing to generate profits Review sales, costs, and inventory monthly Maintain a clean and organized department Maintain high CSI Qualifications / Requirements - Parts Manager Automotive Parts experience is required Automotive Parts Manager experience is preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Good work ethic and organizational skills Valid driver's license and a good driving record High school diploma or equivalent. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
