A strong commitment to the organization's mission, exceptional communication, and relationship-building skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, highly collaborative leader with strong business and financial acumen, and impeccable ethical standards. The CEO will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the organization has the necessary systems, resources, training, technology, and policies in place to achieve its short and long-term goals.
