About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead its end-to-end revenue growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing scalable go-to-market plans that drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. This pivotal role demands a leader with a proven track record in sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success, particularly in the context of SMS-based lead generation. The CRO will be tasked with building and mentoring a high-performance revenue organization, operationalizing forecasting and pipeline discipline, and ensuring compliance with TCPA regulations. Collaboration across teams to optimize marketing funnels, refine pricing and packaging, and maximize revenue efficiency is also a key aspect of the position. Applicants for the CRO role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in progressive revenue leadership, with a focus on SaaS, B2B technology, or performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in self-serve and product-led growth models, as well as a deep understanding of SaaS metrics and forecasting. Expertise in CRM and revtech stacks is essential. The role requires a strategic, execution-oriented thinker with excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of leading in a remote-first environment. The CRO will be expected to represent the company's growth vision with various stakeholders and to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the revenue team.
