Job Title: Order Picker/Packer
Job Description
As an Order Selector, you will play a critical role in our daily operations by ensuring the materials within the warehouse are handled efficiently and in an organized manner. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and maintaining products while working in a safe and orderly environment. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Work is performed in a refrigerated environment.
Responsibilities
Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and real-time visibility.
Collaborate with packaging and production teams to provide materials needed for production.
Conduct weekly cycle counts of inventory using mobile scan devices.
Document and report any discrepancies found within the inventory system.
Essential Skills
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
Ability to use computers to access WMS.
Proficiency in using RF scan guns.
Capability to pick products to build orders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in picking, labeling, and packing.
General labor and warehouse production experience.

Work Environment
This role is within a food manufacturing setting that adheres to strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. The work environment is a refrigerated area maintained at 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and employees must follow a no jewelry and no make-up policy

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Piscataway, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
