Job Description
We are looking to add a new member to our team who is (preferably) experienced in maintaining positive guest relations and warm atmosphere in a fine-dining establishment. We are seeking motivated, reliable individuals who are comfortable multi-tasking, problem solving and working part of a dynamic team. Cleanliness, presentability, and consistency are our top priorities. Restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
Duties for this position include: greeting & seating guests, providing wait times, answering phone calls, taking notes, making reservations, placing takeout orders, observing the flow of guests throughout the restaurant, monitor and any other duties that you may be asked to complete to help ensure smooth service. Maintaining a positive, relaxed, and respectful approach for all interactions.
