Our Human Resources Internship is your launchpad into the world of HR. You'll dive into
meaningful projects, gain hands-on experience across core HR functions, and collaborate with a
team that's invested in your growth. This isn't just an internship - it's a chance to explore your
potential and pave the way toward a full-time role with us.


RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:

  • Champion planning, coordinating, and scheduling events (like volunteer opportunities) to
    promote company culture and employee engagement.
  • Assist with the onboarding process, including verifying completion of forms and saving
    documents to personnel files.
  • Auditing electronic employee personnel files.
  • Help with payroll documentation and entries.
  • Co-own the HR email inbox: triage incoming messages and determine action items.
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Support compliance efforts and help ensure HR processes align with company standards.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative team player.
