SUMMARY
The Legal Counsel (Principal) Fund Formation and Structuring will play a key role in structuring, forming, and maintaining private and registered investment funds across GCM Grosvenors platforms. The attorney will work closely with senior legal, compliance, investment, product, and operations professionals to support new fund launches and strategic product initiatives, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. This role is an opportunity for a motivated attorney to gain hands-on experience in complex fund structures within a sophisticated asset management platform.
As an onsite/hybrid employee, you are expected to be in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday.

Actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual's experience, skills, and qualifications for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on factors such as individual, team, and company performance as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

$200,000 - $275,000 USD
