Maintenance Supervisor - Everleigh Central Park Greystar invites applications for this Maintenance Supervisor position at the Everleigh Central Park location. This full‑time role is based in Denver, CO and requires strong leadership, mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to safety and quality service. Job Summary The Service Supervisor leads the technical, mechanical, and maintenance operations of the community. They ensure that interior and exterior areas—buildings, grounds, amenities, and common spaces—are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. Responsibilities Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests for service, diagnose defects and make repairs according to established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements. Oversee and complete the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move‑ins: conduct pre‑move‑out inspections, create a punch list, schedule vendors and contractors, obtain supplies, perform maintenance tasks, and inspect completed work. Develop standards for the cleanliness and overall appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, market‑ready unit interiors, breezeways, curbs, signage, leasing office, central garbage areas, parking lots, and other common areas to reflect Greystar standards. Periodically inspect work performed by service team members and contractors to assess effectiveness, verify quality, and develop corrective action plans as needed. Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and materials; coordinate with the Community Manager to order supplies and tools within budgetary guidelines. Complete monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual. Support cost‑cutting and expense‑control programs by fixing parts rather than replacing, using materials efficiently, and practicing correct use of tools and equipment. Conduct regular Greystar safety meetings, maintain current MSDS sheets, and stay up‑to‑date on OSHA and other safety requirements to ensure compliance. Demonstrate customer‑service skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering questions, responding sensitively to complaints, and completing assigned work orders efficiently and urgently. Compensation and Benefits Hourly Range: $28.00 – $33.00 Additional Compensation: Base salary may be eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus program (Corporate Positions). Base salary may be eligible for weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonus programs (On‑site Property Positions).
