immediate full-time opportunity for an experienced
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our
well-established Level III NICU team at
CaroMont Regional Medical Center , located in the vibrant Charlotte suburb of
Gastonia, NC .

16-bed NICU , nationally recognized by the Wall Street Journal as a
Luxury Birthplace , features a cutting-edge architectural design that supports
single-room NICU and mother-baby care -a truly innovative and family-centered approach.

- Collaborative Team : Work alongside 2 neonatologists and 5-6 NNPs , serving families across Gaston and surrounding counties .
- Robust Volume : Our NICU sees approximately 320 admissions and 1,900 births annually , with an average daily census of 10 .
- Diverse Clinical Experience : NNPs provide care in our Level III NICU and assist with coverage in the newborn nursery .
- Supportive Scheduling : NNPs offer 20 hours/day of shift coverage , collaborating with neonatologists who provide in-house daytime coverage and home call at night .
