We teach online business owners how to use short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) to build a personal brand based on their expertise in order to grow their business

About the Role

This is a personal operations position supporting Devin (The Founder) across both his business and personal operations.

You’ll act as his right hand , keeping his schedule, projects, and household running seamlessly.

Think of it like a Donna & Harvey dynamic from Suits —trusted, proactive, and indispensable.

You can expect:

• 3–4 days per week remote (executive and business tasks)
• 1–2 days per week in-person at the downtown Austin penthouse (personal and household tasks)

What You’ll Own

Operations & Business Support

• Command Devin’s schedule, inbox, and priorities — if it’s on the calendar, it’s because you put it there.
• Research, organize, and keep projects moving from idea to execution — we can count on you to drive projects from “what if” to “it’s done.”
• Book premium travel and coordinate event logistics — you manage flights, find the best hotels, and plan the experiences in between.

Personal & Household Support

• Curate and maintain the penthouse like a five-star residence — it runs flawlessly, looks elevated, and resets itself under your watch.
• Manage all errands, returns, pickups, and sourcing with precision and taste, ensuring Devin’s personal life runs with the same excellence as the business.
• Coordinate personal appointments and scheduling end-to-end — health, wellness, reservations, and everything between.
