No experience is required, we'll train! But experience is a plus! We are open to applicants from all industries: Customer Service, Housekeeping, Hospitality, Retail, Restaurant Servers, Sales, Janitorial, House Cleaning, General Labor, Babysitters/Nannies, etc. We work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am - 5pm. No nights, no weekends! Saturdays are optional on a volunteer basis. We create a schedule around your availability. We offer full and part-time. A car is NOT required --- MBTA commuters will service accessible clients in the Boston area. If you DO have a vehicle, you will service clients in Cambridge, Somerville, and local areas surrounding Boston with parking. Our office is right near North Station - but you only have to come to the office once per week for check in & supplies!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Professionally clean residential homes using MaidPro's 49-point checklist, cleaning procedures, and products.
• Performing interior cleaning.
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing all kitchen fixtures and appliances.
• Dusting ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs.
• Vacuuming and mopping all types of flooring.
• Home organization, staging, and beautification.

Experience and Requirements:

• Love to clean - no cleaning experience is required! We will train you!
• Punctual and reliable with strong time management.
• Detail-oriented and love to make things look good and shiny. Hard working and take pride in your work.
• Enjoy staying active during the day & getting a change of scenery
• Prefer independence while working
• Like making customers happy and helping others
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform cleaning duties. Be able to be on your feet all day with lifting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Sharp eye for small details

Compensation: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
