Job Title - QA Automation Engineer - IVR Testing and UAT practices Location - Columbus,OH Type - Contract Mandatory Skills: IVR Testing and UAT practices User Acceptance team support the firm's commitment to customer obsession by:

• Proficient in testing IVR, Live Chat, Web and Mobile applications. Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts for complex applications and systems.
Enhance and optimize existing automation frameworks and processes.
Analyze requirements and create detailed, reusable test cases and scenarios.
Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and ensure defects are logged

• Understanding of UAT best practices, test data management, and end-user validation processes. Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts for complex applications and systems.

Enhance and optimize existing automation frameworks and processes.
Analyze requirements and create detailed, reusable test cases and scenarios.
Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and ensure defects are logged and tracked to closure.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Participate in code reviews for test scripts and provide constructive feedback.
Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices in automation.
Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines by integrating automation tests
