- Full-time; 4 weeks per month; 8 hrs per day
• Patient Volume:

- OP: 20-25 on treatment w/ weekly treatment visits, follow-ups & consults.

- IP: 0-1 (rounding)
• Patient Demographics: Adults
• Physician in Practice: 1 (Not a Rad Onc)
• Required Procedures:

- Conventional & 3D Radiotherapy

- External Beam Radiation: IMRT, IGRT & 3D-CRT

- Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)

- Stereotactic Radiosurgery

- Photon Beam Radiation Therapy

- Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
• Trauma Level: II
• EMR: Aria
• Other Info: All physicians submitted to a locum to perm position will be required to sign an attestation form verifying they are looking for a permanent position.
• Temporary Privileges available: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active IA License or IMLC
• BC
• COVID vaccination proof
• Must be able to start ASAP upon credentialing.
• MUST be available to cover 4-week stretches at a time.
• Clean record
• Experience using Aria (preferred)
• Local/within driving distance (preferred)
