Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Safety Supervisor to lead safety initiatives across multiple sites and projects. This role is hands?on, combining field presence with strategic program management to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and promote a strong safety culture. You'll train employees, oversee inspections, investigate incidents, and work with leadership to maintain the highest safety standards.

What Youll Do:

• Deliver safety training programs during onboarding and throughout employment.
• Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and local safety requirements.
• Lead investigations into accidents and unsafe conditions; recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and manage safety reports, OSHA 300 logs, and all required safety records.
• Collaborate with management, operations, and HR on safety programs, orientations, and ongoing training.
• Maintain and implement risk management policies, hazard control measures, and emergency response plans.
• Partner with subcontractors and review pre?qualification documentation to ensure safety compliance.
• Monitor and enforce site?specific safety plans. (HIIPP/JHA/Code of Safe Work Practices)
• Manage hazardous materials protocols and coordinate testing and remediation efforts.
• Stay up?to?date with changing regulations and update programs accordingly.

What Youll Bring:

• OSHA 30 certification required
• OSHA 500, CHST, or Equivalent Certification (preferred but not required)
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, HAZCOM, and workplace safety regulations.
• Skilled in safety audits, accident investigation, and training facilitation.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite; familiarity with virtual training platforms a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
