About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Security Intelligence Center Manager - SVP to lead a senior management team dedicated to the prevention, monitoring, and response to security incidents. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team and executing global security and intelligence center operations, including crisis management, executive protection, intelligence, investigations, and security operations. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a management position, and a strong background in security operations, particularly in the areas of CCTV monitoring, intrusion detection systems, and workplace violence programs. The Manager will also be tasked with maintaining effective interaction models with all security and crisis management anchors, collaborating with project management and technology teams, and ensuring compliance with security policies and governance. Applicants for the Global Security Intelligence Center Manager - SVP position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a proven track record in security operations and crisis management. The role demands a leader with the ability to coach and manage a cross-functional team, as well as strong communication and coordination skills for interaction with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and executive stakeholders. Experience in threat assessment, risk management, and the ability to provide professional briefings on security matters are essential.
