Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical projects from planning to completion for both residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to ensure proper installation and design alignment.
- Estimate jobs accurately, providing detailed material and labor breakdowns.
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs to evaluate project scope, job progress, and potential challenges.
- Assess systems and determine requirements for gas lines, electrical runs, ductwork, and plumbing layouts.
- Take detailed notes and pictures on-site to document findings, show installation routes, and support field communication.
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems when issues arise.
- Manage and mentor technicians , ensuring work meets company quality standards.
- Coordinate with customers, project managers, and office staff to keep jobs running smoothly.
- Ensure all work adheres to local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications .
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of field experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical (multi-trade experience preferred).
- Proven management or lead technician experience .
- Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics .
- Mechanically inclined with a solid understanding of how residential and commercial systems work together.
- Ability to perform accurate assessments and communicate clearly through written notes, photos, and marked-up plans.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
