Gigawatts Electric is excited to announce an opening for a Wellness Coach who is passionate about promoting health and well-being within our organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing wellness programs that enhance employee health, productivity, and overall quality of life. The Wellness Coach will work collaboratively with employees to assess their wellness needs, provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices, and inspire a culture of well-being throughout the company. You will also facilitate workshops, fitness classes, and other activities that encourage physical activity and mental well-being. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement wellness programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Conduct individual wellness assessments and consultations to create personalized wellness plans.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and fitness classes to educate employees on health topics.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to employees participating in wellness programs.
• Collaborate with HR and management to promote wellness initiatives and encourage participation.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and research in health and wellness to enhance program offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, wellness, nutrition, or a related field; certification in wellness coaching is preferred.
• Proven experience in health coaching, wellness program management, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of health, nutrition, and fitness principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Passion for promoting health and wellness in the workplace.
