Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing anti-aging and wellness clinic located in
Jacksonville (Ortega), FL . This full-time position focuses on providing advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments, including
Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) , injectables, IV therapy, weight management, and functional medicine. If you have a strong background in hormone therapy, men's and women's health, and aesthetics, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, patient-focused environment.
Job Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer BHRT (including pellet therapy) and manage hormone-related concerns
- Perform aesthetic injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers
- Administer IV and IM therapy treatments and manage blood draws
- Provide GLP-1 and/or GLP-1 & GIP injections and monitor for side effects
- Perform body contouring procedures using EMSculpt NEO
- Order and interpret labs and maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Educate patients on membership options, nutraceuticals, and skincare products
Qualifications: - Active Nurse Practitioner License OR Physician Assistant license in the State of Florida
- DEA License
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BHRT and injectables
- Strong knowledge of anti-aging, aesthetic medicine, and wellness care
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
