Job Details & Qualifications We are seeking a full-time Director of External Engagement and Communications to support our Strategic Communications and Investor Relations function. This role will help shape our external presence, strengthen key relationships, and ensure our executives are prepared for high-visibility opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead our presence at conferences, events, and panels — from strategy to execution. Partner with executives to prepare for media interviews and speaking engagements. Collaborate with the Investor Relations team to plan investor meetings and maintain strong relationships. Build and maintain connections with media, partners, and other key stakeholders. Help craft and amplify our voice across external platforms. Support additional communications and engagement projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, external relations, or investor relations. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with proven executive presence. Comfortable working with executives and external stakeholders in high-visibility settings. Highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple priorities. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Bonus: Experience in the energy sector or at a high-growth company.
