We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can oversee HR functions across multiple locations while driving employee engagement and development initiatives. Responsibilities:
• Provide HR leadership across multiple locations, ensuring consistent support and alignment with company goals.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Enhance employee development and training programs to support growth and skill-building.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute strategic growth initiatives for the organization.
• Manage employee relations to ensure compliance and address workplace concerns effectively.
• Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees receive accurate and timely support.
• Streamline onboarding processes to create a seamless experience for new hires.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage HR data and optimize administrative functions.
• Design and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive results.
• Maintain compliance with HR policies and regulations across all locations.• At least 7 years of experience in human resources management or related roles.
• Proven expertise in employee relations, including resolving workplace issues and fostering collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, including policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Experience managing benefits functions and ensuring accurate administration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead onboarding processes and enhance employee experiences.
• Strategic thinking and planning skills to support organizational growth and workforce development.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to engage with staff at all levels.
