First Connect Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg Manager for a local contract nursing job in Manchester, New Hampshire.

🩺 RN Manager – Med Surg- Direct Hire
📍 Catholic Medical Center – Manchester, NH
💼 Perm | Full-Time | Days (No Weekends)
💰 $47.30–$65.20/hr (Based on Experience)

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and unit staffing
• Lead hiring, training, and staff evaluations
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Monitor quality audits and assist in budgeting
• Promote patient satisfaction and care outcomes

Requirements:

• 1–3 years acute care (Med Surg/Tele) experience – Required
• BSN – Preferred
• Active NH or Compact RN License – Required
