Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Fitness Coach / Online Wellness Instructor to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that will allow you to work from anywhere in the world while making a positive impact on people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement personalized fitness and wellness programs for clients based on their goals, abilities, and preferences
- Conduct virtual fitness classes and one-on-one coaching sessions through video conferencing platforms
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients to help them stay on track with their fitness and wellness journey
- Monitor and track clients' progress, and make necessary adjustments to their programs as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness and wellness trends and research to continuously improve our programs
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new programs and services that meet the needs of our clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science, Nutrition, or a related health and wellness field.
- Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor through a nationally recognized organization (e.g. ACE, NASM, ACSM)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and implementing fitness and wellness programs for clients of all levels
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Experience with virtual coaching and online fitness platforms is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals

Package Details
Pay Rate: $50-70 per hour, depending on experience
Training Pay: $40 per hour (1-week paid training)
Training Bonus: $700 incentive upon completion
Work Schedule: Flexible - Full-time (30-40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)
Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
